How To List Houses
It is free to register as a General Member or Foreclosure Member. For General Member, ListRealestate.com will verify your address before you can list a house. Your address verification is conducted when you pay the $1 Non-refundable Verification Processing Fee. Currently General Member is allowed to list one (1) house in this web site, and it must be residential property.
For government branches, each major city can set up 10 accounts. One of them can be changed to Aministration Member by clicking on the Update My Info button once login. Aministration Member can edit the other 9 accounts. For banks, each branch can set up one account, and the main office will be set up as Aministration Member who can edit the other branch accounts. Currently there is no restriction on how many houses to be listed in each of the account. Address verification is NOT required and no need to pay the $1 Non-refundable Verification Processing Fee.
1. You go to the login page and click on the link for the particular membership that you are eligible. For listing house, you can register as a General Member or Foreclosure Member. If successful, you will receive an activation email which is valid for 3 days.
2. You should click on the link inside the email and activate the account and login the Control Panel.
3. You click on the Verify Me button and follow the screen instruction to verify your address if you are a General Member. Foreclosure Member is not required for address verification.
4. You click on the Edit My Houses button and the Add House Items button and enter all the house information. For Foreclosure Member, the listed house is pre-set to be Foreclosed House, Sell By Owner and no Agent Fee.
In addition, the house must be located in the same State as the Member's branch office.
5. You click on the Edit button in the Open House column to add any open house for that house. You can add up to seven open houses for a house. Please note if there is an open house expired, you must delete it. Otherwise, it won't show up for searching house with open house filter.
6. You click on the Edit button in the School column to add schools. You can add up to 12 schools for a house.
7. You click on the Edit button in the Photo column to add photos. You can add up to 3 photos for a house.
8. You click on the Review button to go to that house detail page. |
